TCL - 75" Class QM8 Q-Class Mini-LED QLED 4K HDR Smart TV with Google TV (2023)

After much research between this TCL 75QM8 and a Hisense I finally said yes to this TCL. I had to order online as no local store carried nor could i get it shipped to store. I admit i was hesitant about it shipping freight but it arrived in perfect condition and a week sooner than originally expected so an added bonus!! TCL really packaged the unit well, ultra thick outside box material along with extra thick and rigid corregated cardboard sheet in front of the screen itself. Unboxing was very easy and the screen cardboard was the perfect size t lay the tv face down on to install the base. Getting the tv connected and running was a breeze and once on.. checking some 4kUHD content and i was speechless at the clarity and color and detail. Im having to raise the tv up about 3" so the remote will work its best with my soundbar. Google TV is new to me as I have used an Amazon cube previouslybut the Google TV is quick and works well. An added bonus i just happened to be on Walmart.com 2 weeks after my purchase and found the online price dropped 300 bucks I called Walmart and they adjusted my order and are going to refund the difference ao a big Thank You to Walmart for great customer service and support Long story short... the TCL 75QM8 is a fantastic tv and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent al to an OLED and a far better proce point!! TCL rocks!!!

Good quality and I am satisfied.

sound is good, picture is good and it's very bright. I own a Sony it might not be as clear as the Sony but the blacks are much blacker and for the price it's more than good enough. 75 in 1500

TV seems like it would be great, but the freight company that shipped it was a clown show. It arrived with the box in terrible shape, including a wooden sharp stuck through the side. Why would they even bother to deliver it once this happened? Needless to say, upon opening it we found the screen not only cracked in several places and coming off the unit in several places. Now we have to drive 45 minutes to our nearest Walmart to return it. What a mess and terrible experience. Consider us a lost customer, Walmart.

Don't buy from Walmart. Little to no update on where my order is and when I can expect it.
