The 75 inch is huge and for the price you can't beat it the picture quality is so bright and so clean just buy it at 610.00 delivered I'm super impressed

Thank you tcl for having such a knowledgeable and friendly team player such as Mon to help your valued customers when we encounter a problem. My five star rating is definitely meant for Mon. Now I'll talk about the tv for a bit. Definitely five stars also. It far exceeds my expectations of what a great tv at a great value should be. Have had it since November 2024 and I am still learning all that it is capable of doing. I used to be a Roku user faithfully until I walked into the showroom and was given an education about how much a google tv can do. As far as tcl goes I have been a faithful consumer of tcl smart tvs for years now because the quality versus price is second to none in my experience.

very slow returns. The shipping company used is very slow in delivering or picking up. TV was on shipping truck for more than 3 days riding around the city for 3 days before delivered. Broken Screen. were supposed to pickup but didn't had to call Walmart 2 times before they finally picked up. 2 weeks later haven't reutrun to Wallmart so they can refund my money.

They offer a product through a link from an email sent by one brand and you receive the product from another brand. I feel cheated. And furthermore, they do not have the ability to correct the error, you simply have to return the product and look for it in another store that, of course, is not Walmart. Lost time and the hassle involved in making this return
Buyer beware. When you receive damage TV's it's over two weeks plus before you may get your money back. It's a terrible experience that has me disgusted!
I ordered 3 of these TV's and my order was to be delivered on Dec 1st and I find out that a 3rd party company has taken over. Tracking system for this other party is awful it hasn't updated since 11/30/2023 so I have no clue where my order is.
I bought my 75S450G less than a year ago. This morning it went blank. After multiple attempts to restart it, nothing happens. The documentation for the TV is useless - it tells me to push the reset button to do a factory reset, but gives me no clue where that is and I can't find it.
Have not received the product to rate it!
