I Love It
Great picture and this is my first experience with Google TV. That and all the other free channels are great if you don't have cable. But so far the picture is great right out the box. I usually go deep into all the advanced settings but there has been no need to for now.

Good TV. Bad remote control.
Really good picture and good sound on TCL 75" QLED TV. However, no one in our house likes the remote control. especially me. The buttons are small, too close together, and not placed well for me. Also, I have hearing problems and need to be able to turn on/off the closed captions. There is no way to do this without going into the settings and making changes.

Would Have Given a 3.5!
Was excited to get this tv for my husband who has been wanting a 75 inch tv. I saw this tv on a special sale at Sam's Club. Have another TCL tv in our household and that tv has very good picture quality. I am somewhat disappointed in the picture quality of this new tv. Was hopeful that it would be better. The tv sound is good. It is much better than our Vizio tv. If there were half numbers I would have given a 3.5 rating. If the picture quality was better would have given the tv a 5.

Horrible customer service
TV came damaged That's fine, it happened, but horrible customer service. Is been 3 weeks and I haven't got a replacement. I had to take it myself to the freight company.

Don't buy
Does not communicate with sound bar very well… If you turn the TV off, it will not power back up immediately… I have to physically unplug and replug in

TV Delivered with Faulty Screen
Not that this is on Sam's Club, but when I got my TV unpacked and plugged in, turned on the power to find a 4 in section on the left of the screen that is black, been dealing with warranty for the past 2 weeks to get it replaced.

Didn't work well for me
Would not connect to my Vizio soundbar. Menus are difficult to navigate. Hard to just change inputs. nNeeds improvement.
