So I the qm8 when it first came out and that TV was absolutely beautiful but then this came out and I had to get it the picture is beautiful and the sound is awesome with the built in subwoofer you don't need a sound bar of any kind I can't say enough about the picture TCL knocked it out of the park with this tv if you are looking for a amazing TV just get this I promise you won't be disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV for 3 months and the family loves it. I brought a New AV Receiver from Sony and have issue's getting the receiver to play audio. I wan on the phone with the sony rep for 3 hrs. I callled TCL and spoke with Xian, she fixed my issue in 10-15 minutes. Helping my fix my SONY SETTING. She did a great job. Thanks for your help.

Can't get a Home Screen off the monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When playing the ps5 pro the quality is great except for a problem i have when playing certain games, its like a white flicker when i pan the camera slowly especially on games like call of duty or story it will appear on walls doors and bushes drivien games. Its very noticeable too

Just got this tv set up today and spent 5 hours trying to play with settings to improve picture quality while watching football to no avail. This is the worst picture i have seen on any tv. The football disappears when its in the air and theres just a distortion traveling where the football is supposed to be. i will be returning tv tomorrow. Dont buy this tv!! I would give a zero stars if possible.

The TV went on sale for $1000 less within a week of receiving it. I reached out to Walmart and they explained that there was no mechanism to get the $1k back and that I would have to return the TV then rebuy it. I explained to the customer service rep that this makes absolutely no sense at all. I saved the gigantic box that a 98" tv comes in with the intentions of returning it and rebuying after Christmas settled down. Now I see the TV is not even on their site anymore. How much worse can it get. The Walmart rep said she opened a case, but I have not heard a word and it has been a month. A did get a coupon for $15 off my next purchase. Walmart must be in the comedy business now. I wish I had options, but what can I do now? Getting into customer service is impossible and they are not going to honor the sale price regardless. Walmart will never get a another dime from me or anyone in my family or extended family again. Very poor and disgenuine. I certainly hope this gets posted since it was Walmart that asked for feedback in the first place.
