Awesome picture, great sound.

The tv is amazing, I mean how can you go wrong with an almost 100 inch tv?! There are a few quirks I am trying to work out but it has nothing to do with the quality of the tv, just getting acclimated to a new tv. But the picture is amazing, I am not a cinephile so I can only give my perspective from a normal day-to-day user. It's bright enough to light up the whole room at night and bright enough where I don't need to touch my blinds during the day. In the photo I included I have a light right above the tv on the ceiling fan and the glare is not noticeable unless you're really looking for it, but the screen is so big your eyes have so much to look at that you would really have to be focused on that one spot for it to be bothersome but other than that I have no complaints. It's truly an amazing tv and at the price I got it at under 4K you seriously cannot beat this price for the quality that you get.

The image quality of 4K sources is as good as I have ever seen on any television including OLED. The black levels, contrast, brightness are literally jaw dropping.

(It was finally time to upgrade from my Pioneer Kuro 55”) I had a technical issue (turned out to be ‘Smart' plug related), but TCL was ‘beyond' supportive to help resolve! The compatible Samsung model is 2x the price!? Super satisfied with this TV from all aspects! ( and so are friends and family! ;-)

I bought this set believing all the hype about it being a great upscale from the TV I currently have. It was all wrong. The picture quality was terrible and with an MSRP at $10K its ridiculous. I will never buy anything more than Samsung products in the future. Stay away from this weak brand and model.

This TCL TV is an amazing quality and value. BUT do not order it from Walmart. I am writing this review after undergoing an absolute customer service nightmare. Purchased TV in December with installation - it arrived - installers tossed to box - hung on wall, and once we went through registration we saw it was broken. Called Wamart customer service requesting a replacement. Walmart replaced with the wrong TV - one of $1000 less value. Tried to ship first TV back - Fedex wouldn't take it without a box, had to call customer service to schedule Pilot shipping. By now I have to also ship back the "replacement" which we saved the box for. Walmart refused to replace the "replacement" with the actual same TV that I ordered and paid for, so I had to cancel. By now it was February 17th - two month after purchase. Walmart sent an email saying they initiated a refund on Feb 17th. It is now March 9th and bank confirmed Walmart has sent nothing. In the meantime I placed a second order. It arrived BROKEN AGAIN. Walmart would not replace it as they didn't have inventory. I paid an installer to pack it back up and returned it for a refund. So now here we are almost 3 months later no TV, and Walmart has $4000 of my money. I have spent 16 hours on the phone with Customer Service. DO NOT BE ME, order from somewhere else.
