Very nice portable air conditioner. It is big but moveable. East set up. I used it when it was 90 degrees out and very humid and it worked great. I like the dehumidifier feature because it keeps a constant fan noise for sleeping and also cools the air.

We enclosed a porch that is about 13 by 13. It is surrounded by windows. It sits 10 feet above the ground. This unit keeps that space cool. The lowest setting is about 64 but the air coming out is in the mid 40's. It if lasts a few years I will be really pleased. I put a 7" wide board that is 84" tall between a sliding door and the frame. I cut an oval in that board, mounted the exhaust opening "holder" over it, and hooked up the vent hose. It works great.

This is a nice room AC if you need one occasionally (e.g., PNW) and have room to store it. It also has a dehumidifier setting and pumps the hot air out of the house (unlike a typical dehumidifier), but the drain needs to be run or pumped out. Did not try the app, remote works well enough.

Works great! It's not loud, exhaust fit in window perfectly! My only issue is that the green light stays on as long as it is plugged in. Pretty bright in a dark room, so I put a washcloth over it.

Love this machine! With the heat wave we have been having it has been a life saver. Works very well. My room is just under 300 square feet and does a wonderful job keeping room cool.

just got this two days ago need it for when the fires start here in washington. It took me over an hour to hook the hose onto the threads, it was really hard to get it . did't think it was cooling the room cold enough ( 12x 12 room)so i check the hose and I could feel a little air coming from the hose so I had to tape the spot were it was coming from and it did make a difference.(did't dare take the hose apart so the tape good fix} nice looking conditioner and its big but it does roll easy ..

It works great, for one room! You will never feel it's effects except for in one room, which sucks. But, it is great for sleeping. So, if you have three rooms and a living room you're trying to cool, you will need to purchase 4 of them. It's nice though. Oh, and the coolest temperature is 64 degrees, which is odd.

I purchased this TCL product for my bedroom. It is extremely noisy and sometime even rattles. If you live on a busy street and desire to dim the sound of traffic and sirens, this is the device for you. I cannot recommend it for that reason. I have a Kenmore portable unit for my living room that is much quieter for about the same price.

Would not recommend. Bought to help out while central air was being fixed. Set up in a 175 square foot den. After running 48 hours it only decreased the temperature by 4 degrees. Moved it to a 90-100 square foot bedroom. Same thing. Outdoor temperature dropped to 77. Room temperature dropped to 75. Noticed floor was wet and water was dripping from mid drain. Hooked up continuous drain hose ( to be used when using unit as a dehumidifier). In 2 hour period I collected 1/2 gallon of water. Could a 2nd story room of less than 100 square feet could be that humid? Possible that unit was pulling in humid air from the outside via the exhaust hose rather than pulling hot air from the room? Not sure. But something isn't working right. Tried the help line. Only advice was to “reboot” ( turn off/restart and call back in an hour). Returning tomorrow.
