In addition to the straps that go around your headrests to hold the weight, there is also Velcro on the backing to grab the carpeted seatback holding it firmly in place. Very well designed organizer that holds all my gear. First Aid kit, tire pump, tire patch kit, tie straps, tow strap, bungie cords, and miscellaneous junk all fits in the various pouches and nets. I love it!

This is the best seat back organizer for the price. its not the military grade bag or leather a bag and if that is what you want then buy those bags, but if your looking for simple storage solution for everday items, then this is the bag for you. I knew the dementions before ordering and I knew it would be smaller that my seats (Chevy Avalanche) but with that said I was able to manipulate the straps to pull to one side and install another single seat bag on the other side. what I like most about this bag is bigger pockets for my larger items, the choices are great. I have pockets with velcro closure lid, open pockets too, and mesh pockets. I wanted to keep gear organized without cluttering up my seats. Some people buy a net to keep pets in the back area, this accomplished that as well for me. the stitching is strong and seems to be high quality. I expect this will last a lomg long time. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

decent quality and hangs well from the backseat. lots of compartments to put things, and seems sturdy. i wish the pockets were a little bigger, that's why I rated 4 stars. i purchased one to put in all my cars! with kids this will come in handy.

I love it. It was exactly what i needed to my car neat again. Exactly as pictured. Extremely useful.

After using it for about a weeks, I've found it to be a mixed bag in terms of utility and quality. It offers some space with its compartments. However, the material quality leaves something to be desired. While it's not flimsy, it doesn't feel durable. Overall, it is an okay option and affordable solution to car clutter.

It is as described. However, it has already started falling apart and I just put it in my car today.
