Not for ingestion. Not even for the skin.
It is not for ingestion. Do not eat this. Just 10 drops can really give you problems - especially stomach problems. But a higher dose can kill you. And it tastes toxic. It should be for aromatherapy only. Not even for the skin. Only oils that are at least kind of safe to eat should be put on the skin. And the burn taste of just one drop mixed with a 1/2 cup of pudding is very strong. Spearmint is supposed to have less burn than peppermint. But this is really bad. Not for eating.

Bad product
Opened up the bottle and it smelled wrong, not spearmint at all. I don't know whether the wrong material was bottled or, if the spearmint had somehow gone bad after bottling. Either way, I'm returning it to get a refund. I will get my spearmint somewhere else.
