Redesign pumps, leak all over
Defective pump in bottle. Pumps product out even when not using! Product comes shrink wrapped in plastic, product filled inside of shrink wrapped product. Had to put in bowl in bowl to open. Then use funnel to put back in bottle. Pump leaks product all over even when not using. Come back next day to product leaking out of pump, down bottle and all over shelf. Pumps need redesigned!

The only one that works
The only moisturizer that works. I've tried many other products but this one is the best. Pricey but worth every penny. I'm an older gentleman with long brittle hair.

love this shampoo
I love this shampoo. I've been using it for the past 5 years and have no plans to change it. It smells good, moisturizes my hair and the pump makes it easy to put in travel size containers.

Smells Horrible, Conditions Fantastic
I purchased this conditioner in hopes it was a lavender smell, it's not. Tee Tree is definitely the primary smell. Not a fan. However, I gave it 5 stars because it is the best conditioner for my hair. Buttery soft.
