I love how well these came packaged. I had worried that they would be broken in transit and make a mess. I was also worried about the quality of the item. My daugther and I recently discovered Bobas and wanted to try some at home. These are wonderful and we have since placed another order to try new flavors. Highly recommended

I like popping boba. I add in different varities of drinks like teas, juices, flavoured milk. Sometimes, I just eat them directly in a bowl. It's refreshing. The juice can give more mango flavor. As its a big one, I can share with all my guests and kids friends when they visit my home.

Love buying from this company. Good product fast shipping. I order regularly from this company because I love the bursting boba and only once was disappointed and that was because my product was damaged in shipping and so it was sent back. I didn't mind that it was sent back since it was damaged, but I was not notified and had to investigate to figure out where my boba was. But it was only once in the last year. That's pretty good.

The boba was overall amazing and definitely worth the price, the only thing that disappointed me a bit was when it came, it was leaking a bit. I was scared it was going to be worse because i saw other reviews about how the whole thing was leaking out of the box, but thankfully, mine wasn't as bad.

Bigger size container than I expected. But the Grandkids were so excited to take it off our hands... Knew what it was and excited to use them in several different drinks/smoothies. Only complaint is once the Lid is removed, it didn't want to go back on.... so a little bump would leak out the syrup-type liquid. VERY STICKY!

I'm so sad to say this because, honestly, the product is perfect, but that's only if you get it. I've ordered 3 separate times and have only received it once. I'm aware it's a shipping issue, not really a product issue. I just want others to know not to rely on it. Maybe if the package were labeled fragile, it might make it. It's just extremely unfortunate. If I knew it was reliable, I would have it as a subscription. I must say the seller has been great, providing refunds on the packages that never made it. I just want others to be aware.

A. I bought this for my grandchildren and when we opened it, it had leaked because the seal was torn on it. I had ordered it online from Walmart and then tried to return it. But because I was late in returning it, they would not accept it and not give me my money back!! I was late in trying to return it because of severe back pain after falling. I could not bend down and lift anything. I contacted my bank to investigate, but I would rather be able to take it back to the store so they could observe the damage. I still have the item so it can be examined by Walmart so they can know that I'm being truthful. B, If there's damage on an item, etc. there should not be a specific rule for returning the item, especially if the customer is injured and cannot return the item within the allotted time..

The boba is good the only reason that I scored so low is the customer service. I tried for 3 weeks to order this again and I never received any of them. I ordered three in those three weeks and still haven't gotten the first one from those three weeks. Do not buy it on here buy it from amazon. You pay a little bit more for it than this one but at least amazon gets it to you. I'm never doing business again with this company because they stink.

This item was stated to be shipped in time for a party. When I saw it hadn't left the warehouse, I tried to cancel it to order another item that would be there. The item still shipped and was delivered 2 weeks late. The company contacted me about the delay AFTER it was delivered. The product is being returned and I have not tasted it but I was very disappointed it how it was handled.

This is the second time that my order has been canceled or refunded and the point where I had to re-order it but other than that, the product is amazing
