I really liked that the item was packed well, and arrived in a timely matter. The item had an awesome presentation of it were being given as a gift, however there are some down falls. The product is hard to get open. I would be prepared with a pair of scissors, the package is not easy to just unsnap and open. I would also say the balls are extremely hard to get out of the package. You really have to work at getting them out. If you have problems with your hands, you will most likely need help to get them out. Overall I would rate this a 4 out of 5.
