I recommend only getting this for ages 1 through 5. It's a small compact device that runs kind of slow and does connect to the internet pretty good but it's not fast like an android tablet.
I purchased this for my granddaughter in February and it won't charge no matter what I do. The deadline for returns has passed, so I am stuck with something that didn't last. Not only that, it was a lot of work setting it up. From the profile to downloading apps or educational games.
Bought this tablet for my toddler and about two months after the replacement (delivered August 23) it started smelling like something was burning while charging. The charger, cable, and port all smelled burnt, even though my child only used it normally. The outside looks fine, but I don't trust the battery or charging system now. Not worth the safety risk for a kids' device.
I bought this for my toddler (with warranty included) in December. Unfortunately, My daughter messed up the screen by jumping on it. The replacement process was easy and smooth! I received the replacement and it went out after a month of use. It freezes up on the startup screen. It's a good starter tablet for toddlers!
From the beginning the device was extremely slow. After OCCASIONAL use (my son is only two, we limit screen time - he has used this item maybe once every two weeks) and having for 3 months, the device decided to no longer hold a charge or turn on. Completely useless.
So I purchase this for my daughter Something is wrong with the speaker. It keeps saying the headphones are in when she never use headphones for her tablet she just got it for Christmas it been say that every since I first thought she turn it down but as me and my husband tried turning up the volume still no sound and I noticed it said the headphones were in
i don't understand why its marketed as a childrens tablet, yet does not have a children's mode. It also doesnt load worth a poo. My other daughter has a different type of tablet from years ago that works great, but this one doesn't want to load anything. it has a big screen thats about the only plus side to it.
I have complained about this tablet since opening it I have messaged about getting a refund. No one has replied to me and now it's saying I'm too late to return it. It does not stay charged, it cuts off and on, it takes a long time to charge and battery life is terrible. I would not recommend this tablet at all. It's cute but that's about it. 70 dollars wasted
after one day the screen was already going out on 2 of the 4 we purchased. the screen cracked after 2 days on one of them because it was just laying on the bed and a stuffed animal got thrown on it.
my son hasn't been able to use his tablet because he got locked out of it and we can't open it to change the password and there are no helpful instructions on how to fix it and no customer service number to call for help.
