This stand is made of metal and it is very sturdy. I have an IPAD Pro with a 12.9 inch screen. When I placed it on the stand the stand did not wobble at all! It has rubber cushions on it to prevent your device from sliding off. It came with I guess straps? There were no instructions included in the package so I don't know what they are used for. A wrench was included to tighten or loosen the tension of the stand for ease of movement. I like playing games on my IPAD, not having to hold my IPAD now is a game changer. Overall, I think it is a good stand to have.

I needed something to hold my Asus laptop. This stand is solid, adjustable, and swivels! The adjustment does not required tightening or loosening a screw - just a gentle push or pull Perfect and saves time. Highly recommend!

No matter how cute model and her laptop bag are, this stand is NOT ready for portability, which is a shame; because I got it as a sample, and I would have wanted to give it 5 stars :( cons not designed for portability you have to adjusts FOUR joints simultaneously with a mini-wrench getting both sides to sit symmetrically and in the right angle isn't as easy as it seems... pros 360 swivel pretty sturdy once you figure out how to keep both sides screwed in symmetrically I'll definitely use it, like a lap desk of sorts for example; but the hassle of set-up is not practical. Maybe is you figure how to ensure I don't loose the wrench, and you can make it bigger to lessen the effort...
