[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toy for free from a sampling website. My son enjoyed this toy for a bit then got over it pretty fast, i searched up the price and was shocked to see it so expensive. My son is really not into skateboards and all that stuff so cant say much about it. Thank you for the free sample!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game/toy came at the perfect time! My boys thoroughly enjoyed putting it together and then spent hours playing with it. It kept them entertained all weekend long! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to test it out!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So excited to have tried this out with my nephew. He was so excited to assemble it with me and I was equally eager to combine all the pieces together to make the mega half pipe ramp. The packaging of the box looks amazing and has a very quality feel and look to the whole set, which is why it would also make a fantastic gift. It's recommended for ages 6+, but it's easy to assemble and I think that age rating is more to do with just the parts in the hands of smaller kids and not the level of difficulty. It's time to channel our inner pro fingerboarders this weekend and bust out all the moves. It comes with a set of graffiti-style stickers which are super cool and literally guarantees hours of playtime and fun. This is a great addition to the other tech deck toys my nephew has and we can't wait to add to the ramp and also more skateboards in the future as well with other sets. He can't wait to show it to his friends and neighbors and I myself was eagerly trying out some Tony Hawk style ollie and kickflips which was so amusing. Definitely recommend it to all parents with kids 6+ looking for a quality and efficient game set for their kids.!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family tried Tech deck's Sk8 shop Halfpipe and my eight and ten year old both thought it was interesting. The halfpipe is made entirely of plastic but is pretty sturdy once it is assembled. While the assembly instructions could use some improvement, once you get the hang of it, the toy assembles easily. While neither of my kids could do any of the tricks you see others performing with other Tech Deck toys they enjoyed trying. Both loved the little skateboard, it was a hit! They also found the halfpipe easier to play with when they separated the two halves, but that might change with practice. On the whole it is a fun toy for any child interested in skateboards and tricks.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son who is 9 LOVED this, he has some other sets so this completed it. He loves playing with them. However, it was hard for him to build I ended up doing most of it for him. It is super cool and fairly big for the size I thought it would be. It's perfect for playing with all his tech deck skateboards and BMX's that he loves. I will continue to buy these for him. I hope they keep making these amazing products.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my son worked hard and assembled this toy assuming that it would be fun playing with it. When we tried to slide tiny skate board that comes with it, it didnt slide that good, kept on falling and really my son didnt enjoy it. It also includes a signed autograph from the famous skateboarder and i think people who are fan of him would like to have it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks awesome after its all set up and with the stickers applied. My youngest daughter thought the skateboard was awesome. Says it feels like a real skateboard mom. She likes the back design on the skateboard also. We did find when assembling the ramps that the pieces can be little tricky and sometimes hard to push together definitely need an adult supervision. I can see some youngsters getting their fingers pinched. Overall after assembly my daughter loves her tech deck has it all set up and we are now purchasing more skateboards. Thank you #gotitfree
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Skateboarding kids with a great imagination will love this the toy. It requires a bit of assembly but that is half the fun of anticipation. The set comes with a mini skateboard, parts to make a half-pike track and stickers to personalize the whole set-up. There are add on sets you can purchase to build and make the skateboarding track even more adventurous and lets the imagination play even more. The only thing I think is that this toy will not appeal to a broad range of kids as it is strickly about skateboarding and there is only one way to assemble it so that does limit creativity a little in my mind. Skate-kids can play with this indoors when the weather outside is not good so they can still have fun with their skateboarding.
Received the item with something missing also had a clearance tag on it from Target. My local Walmart was kind enough to return my money but also explained that this was sold by a third party seller, and how to determine whether or not its coming from an actual Walmart or a third party seller. I am deeply concerned that some of these sellers are not reputable. Please Walmart have a better system don't let your customers get cheated, this third party seller charged the full price and was obviously trying to pull a fast one on me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free from product review club. I think for a child that likes skateboarding and any related to skateboarding, they might find this game kind of exciting and fun. But for my boys who do not enjoy skateboarding, this gave was not fun and exciting. I helped them assemble the halfpipe. The only thing they played with for a little bit and intriguing was the skateboard. I would not recommend this toy.
