I think this is an IYKYK or if you care. For younger people...definitely don't give to small children because of tiny screws and nuts. Children who are already fingerboarding... these are great, I think, for learning how to change trucks and wheels. The trucks do have the newer bushings, so they're ok, but if you are concerned about bushings, you probably need a more professional board at this point. good value and shipping were pretty good. I was very pleased over all
Grandson loved them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for free in exchange of an honest review. My son has been very excited to play with this set, is very entertaining to build the little skate boards.. it has teeny tiny pieces so you have to be careful while building. #freeproduct #gotitfree
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy butterly sent this to me to test out and my boys were even happier! This toy kept my three sons (ages 6, 8 and 11) busy all evening after they got home from school. They enjoyed putting the skateboards together with the mini tool that came in the package and once they were all assembled the kids played so nicely with each skateboard. They were easy to manoeuvre and fun to play with. I would definitely recommend this toy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Son was super excited to receive and build skateboard Tech Decks. He opened it right away and choose which wheels went with with board. Hes 10 and found it tough to start the screws and had to get help started. Theyre fun to design and put together but dont get played with much after, more of a collectable in our house.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these for free in exchange for my honest review. Son has been asking for these for quite a while, so I was really excited to get them for free! There are lots of teeny tiny parts, so if your kids are little, be prepared to be the one building them! I really appreciate how they put in a few extra screws and bolts in case any get lost. I really like this kind of stuff so that was great for me! These other guys zip around and don't take up a whole lot of space so they're really great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a fun way to flex those fine motor skills and a little creativity. The premise is to design and build your own mini skateboard. My nephew and I had a blast with this and he's now keeping them as collectibles after all his hard work assembling them. A job well done and fun afternoon for all!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given Tech Deck 4Pack Primitive from SpinMaster in exchange for my honest review. Of course they weren't really interested in my review so much as that of my children. My kids were thrilled to receive this and eagerly opened it up. Of course, they weren't overly careful and little bits went flying. Be warned! Putting these together was a little beyond the abilities of my 6 year old but my 9 year old got right in there. He still needed a bit of help from his dad though. They found the sticker part of the board a bit difficult to place properly. The tool for the wheels worked well for the socket piece but wasn't quite as effective for the screwdriver. Once together my boys enjoyed pretending their fingers were riding on the boards. I personally didn't quite "get it" but that's why these are toys for kids! My sons said to give these a four star review because of the assembly difficulty only. Time will tell how much these hold their interest but for now they're having fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys loved to build the boards and play with them. The youngest found the screws a bit to small so really stick with the age for that part. I love the creative ways my boys have played with tech deck.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was supposed to receive Primitive, but have instead received Baker boards. Different artwork, but all the same otherwise. My kids were very excited to rip into these boards right away. Theyve played with them at friends houses but have never had their own. After deciding who gets what, they were ready to get at it. There was initial excitement and enthusiasm at the prospect of building the boards. This did not last long. My children became quickly frustrated, and I frantically gathered the ripped pieces of packaging to look for instructions. No such luck. Fortunately, I am clever enough (and its easy enough) to figure out assembly. Once I sorted the children and got them going they happily built their boards. They come with necessary tools and teeny tiny screws. By some miracle none were lost during assembly. We, as a family, do enjoying building projects, and this is a fun toy to figure out. The kids have been playing happily with them and finger boarding all over the house. Tech Deck boards are really cool, just be prepared to help little ones
