I think this is an IYKYK or if you care. For younger people...definitely don't give to small children because of tiny screws and nuts. Children who are already fingerboarding... these are great, I think, for learning how to change trucks and wheels. The trucks do have the newer bushings, so they're ok, but if you are concerned about bushings, you probably need a more professional board at this point. good value and shipping were pretty good. I was very pleased over all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given Tech Deck 4Pack Primitive from SpinMaster in exchange for my honest review. Of course they weren't really interested in my review so much as that of my children. My kids were thrilled to receive this and eagerly opened it up. Of course, they weren't overly careful and little bits went flying. Be warned! Putting these together was a little beyond the abilities of my 6 year old but my 9 year old got right in there. He still needed a bit of help from his dad though. They found the sticker part of the board a bit difficult to place properly. The tool for the wheels worked well for the socket piece but wasn't quite as effective for the screwdriver. Once together my boys enjoyed pretending their fingers were riding on the boards. I personally didn't quite "get it" but that's why these are toys for kids! My sons said to give these a four star review because of the assembly difficulty only. Time will tell how much these hold their interest but for now they're having fun!

This toy kept my three sons (ages 6, 8 and 11) busy all evening after they got home from school. They enjoyed putting the skateboards together with the mini tool that came in the package and once they were all assembled the kids played so nicely with each skateboard. They were easy to manoeuvre and fun to play with. I would definitely recommend this toy!

Until now, he had only had the pre-assembled ones to play with. He immediately began assembling these and has been finding new things to jump and flip over for hours. He was able to assemble them entirely himself and best of all - no batteries or electricity required. The tiny screws and wheels do mean you need to be careful around very young children and pets. Including extra screws in the packaging is a huge lifesaver, since they can easily become lost on the floor.

The details of the graphics look like the real deal skateboard designs, just in a mini version! He absolutely loved being able to customize each board and had an absolutely blast using the mini tools that it comes with! The small parts are perfect for little hands and I love how it was such an interactive activity that he really enjoyed! Tech Decks are now his new favorite obsession and he absolutely loves using the finger boards to do tricks and stunts. These toys are great quality and ready to be customized over and over again. There is a whole lot of fun packed into these little skateboards and on a scale from 1 - epic my little guy chose epic! Hes 10 and found it tough to start the screws and had to get help started. Theyre fun to design and put together but dont get played with much after, more of a collectable in our house.

Son has been asking for these for quite a while, so I was really excited to get them for free! There are lots of teeny tiny parts, so if your kids are little, be prepared to be the one building them! I really appreciate how they put in a few extra screws and bolts in case any get lost. I really like this kind of stuff so that was great for me! These other guys zip around and don't take up a whole lot of space so they're really great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was very excited when SpinMasters Tech Deck package arrived. All of his friends have this cool finger skateboard toy at school but we had yet to invest in one. The packaging was fun, compact and easy for him to open. Once he did open it, however, he became a little overwhelmed at all of the small pieces and the fact that he had to put most of it together himself. This proved to be a bit difficult for him (age 9) even though the product is aged 6+ hence the 4/5 stars. We resolved the issue by making this a family activity which was an added bonus, getting Mom and older brother involved. My son was soon learning some neat skate tricks on the already assembled board while waiting for the others to be ready. The toy even inspired him to look up some YouTube videos on how others enjoyed their Tech Decks to get some tips and tricks. Overall this is a really neat toy that brought the whole family together for some unique fun.
