The delivery was smooth even though it was snowing that day, the package was left in a safe spot, and we appreciated the care taken. Once we unboxed it, the mattress expanded beautifully, and we could tell right away it was high-quality. Sleeping on the floor is not an option in this cold, and this mattress provided the perfect solution. It offers excellent pressure relief and support, and the top layer feels soft and luxurious. The gel memory foam adapts well to our body, and we sleep comfortably through the night, even in freezing temperatures. Quality not so soft not so sturdy just what I wanted… Since my older mattress became quite too soft decided to renew it and so far happy. Foam mattress is my think.

Fast delivery ever. Thought it was going to take two weeks came less then a week. Great product. The bed actually shapes faster than 24 hours. No smell I picked up the xl twin for my disabled mom. She said she slept well.

I had no idea that this was a bed in a box and when I saw it at my front door, I was worried. I never wanted to buy a bed in a box because I thought they would never be as comfortable. However, this is the most comfortable bed I have ever had. It feels like a resort bed and I sleep better than I have in years.

After 10 yrs on our old memory foam mattress it was time for a new one and this is the one I'll tell ya give it the full 24 hrs to set and your gonna thank me later exactly as advertised it fit our bed frame no problem the box is heavy so get some help 77lbs I believe.. but its an awkward 77lbs lol do your own research like I did and also take my word for it I guarantee your gonna love this mattress and didn't spend thousands...... just saying.. I ordered this king-size mattress because the description advertised it as a "medium firm cooling gel, designed for pressure relief and back pain". Unfortunately, the description is highly inaccurate. This mattress is not medium firm; it is definitely FIRM. It provides absolutely no comfort and does not contour to your body at all. Instead of relieving pressure, it has caused me severe back and hip pain. It has actually disrupted my physical health so badly that I am going to a chiropractor today just to deal with the pain caused by sleeping on it. Unless you specifically love a hard, firm mattress, I would highly advise against buying this one. If you want any level of comfort and relief, look elsewhere. The only Pro I have for this item is logistical. The mattress was delivered in 2 days. Additionally, it did not take long to reach full expansion. I took it straight out of the box, laid it on the floor, turned my ceiling fan on high and it was completely ready by night fall- just a few short hours later. Logistically great, but physically painful, I don't not recommend it for anyone that is looking for a true medium firm comfortable mattress
