The quality is reall good. The assembly was easy. The shipping was weird. we recieved one package 3 days before receiving the rest of the couch. Overall, I'd recommend it due to quality and assembly.

Extremely easy to assemble! One person could do it, but two would be helpful! For the price paid the quality is surprisingly satisfactory! The website does describe it as beige but the box it comes in list it is white! It is definitely more on the white side! Overall, very happy

it moves too much cushions don't stay in place

Pros - Assembling the product was very easy. All the cushions came vacuum sealed and compressed. I opened them and immediately put them outside to gas out. - It was extremely easy to assemble, literally only 4 screws to loosen, slot the front bottom piece in, and then tighten them again - The color is a very little beige / off-white, and looks great - The corduroy is soft to the touch, and did not retain any smell after 24 hours - The cushion looks fluffy (more on that later) and from afar, complement the couch perfectly - The bottom cushions are super dense, and a provide a much needed comfort. - Customer service is incredible, but I would be embarrassed to support such a low quality product like this Cons - The "slat base" or framing which is where the bottom cushion go came missing two screws and a latch, a VITAL piece of the furniture. That meant we could not use it at all until a replacement part arrived, almost 3 weeks later. I am not sure HOW this could pass through quality control - The framing holding the cushions has some sort of spring, that is soldered and then covered with a black felt-like fabric. There are sharp metal pieces that actually did cut through the fabric material, and could be a hazard if someone sat on it. Even the cushions, I am afraid a few will tear over time - Let's talk about the choice to use a BLACK fabric behind the back cushions, and the bottom cushions. WHY, WHY in the world would you do that with a white couch? It simply screams CHEAP when you get close. I cannot wrap my head around this. Why not use a white fabric, or even a fabric dyed with the same color? - There is a HUGE gap between the bottom framing, and the back rest of the furniture, see the picture to understand. The cushion covers that gap, but that just goes to show you how far they went to make this product as cheap as possible, if anyone heavy sat on the back the cushion would fall inside - Speaking of heavy, DON'T expect large people to sit on this. Even two 150 pound folks on the love seat and/or the 3 seater make me nervous. There are only 2 flimsy latches holding it up. - The cushions for the back are nice and fluffy, but as soon as you rest on it, they become paper thin. Again, all about the looks. - The side armrest literally have a plywood that is around 1/8 of an inch thick, so much that it's hollow inside (that's how they ship the cushions), and one of mine came broken already - Overall, there are SO MANY SHORTCUTS. It was clearly intended to LOOK good (from FAR away), but it has a very poor construction, poor materials on the base, thin plywood.... all around this is a disaster - Insanely poor value. Unfortunately with the high shipping fee and no option to return to Walmart, we are stuck with these. Do yourself a favor, NEVER buy a furniture without a free return to Walmart.

The sofas look fairly nice, but they're not as sturdy or firm as they appear in the photos. Overall, they're fine for temporary use, and that part didn't really bother me since it was somewhat expected. What truly made me regret ordering them online was the poor delivery experience. The UPS driver delivered them to the wrong address "a neighbor's house" and they were missing for several days until my neighbor kindly returned them. I wasn't able to properly rate the delivery service, so I'm sharing my feedback here in the hope that the company will take greater care in selecting professional and reliable delivery drivers in the future.

Don't buy! They want to charge you for returning the unopened item!

very bad material and shape

Looks beautiful! Sat down and seat board collapsed. Very flimsy. Had to air the box contents before setting up because the gas smell was bad.
