This chair is perfect for the price. The only issue I had was the back rest needed more cotton luckily for me I had an extra bag at home. You just unzipped the back of the cushion and stuff it to your desire now it's perfect. Very happy with my purchase.

This chair is OK for the money. It wasn't too hard to put together. It came packed tightly for shipping so I can understand. The materials used seem to be of quality. The only thing is the Velcro strips are weak and flimbsy. They don't hold down the padding properly so I had to use a staple gun to affix them so they don't flop. Otherwise the chair works well with the electronics attached. It is comfortable.

Item is MUCH smaller than we thought, seems like it would be a good fit for our toddler but not a nursery chair for a grown person. Now trying to return has been a nightmare. Would never purchase from them again!

This is the worst purchase I have ever made on Walmart. This recliners has zippers. I have carpal tunnel syndrome. I cannot zip anything up, especially with the zippers attached to the chair. I have requested a refund from the company. They are giving me the runaround. I wish Walmart would do something about this particular problem. I'm having with this company in the past they have referred to the chair at least two times as the wrong color they requested pictures I sent pictures. They always come up with an excuse. I'm not wanting to refund my money if you can help me out in anyway Walmart associates or whoever please do so I am desperate I'm 74 years old. I didn't know what I was ordering. When I looked at the chair. It looked like it was the right size, but the picture was deceiving because when I got the delivery, it was a small box small chair false advertising from this company. I need help please. Thank you.

We received a child sized recliner. NOT a large heated, massage recliner. Although sold on Walmart website, Walmart said we had to contact SELLER Techmilly. They sent a response that didn't make sense. I sent response to Walmart, they sent Techmilly a notice.... Getting the run around.

Typical bait and switch. This recliner is advertised as a power recliner. When you read the specifics, the "recliner mechanism type" states "power buttons." This leads you to believe the recliner is a fully funcional heat and massage electric reclining chair. Nope. There is a pull handle to recline and you have to push it down with your legs to fold up the ottoman foot rest. Plus, they sent the wrong color! They refused to refund my full purchase price. Do Not trust this company. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I do not believe this is anywhere near an oversized chair. The arm that supposedly snap out when you pull them, do not. The material is hot to sit on, no breath ability so your skin sweats even though I put a cover over it. I absolutely hate these chairs. The foot comes out so fast it throws you back. You have to be an athlete with super strong legs to get it back down. I would not recommend this chair to anyone.

if breaks easily the leg rest does not latch well I have picked up multiple pieces from underneath the chair
