The chairs are nice and sturdy and should work out well. Assembly went smoothly. The taupe has a fair amount of gray in it. These are not a beige color but a mix of brown and gray where the gray is quite pronounced. Would of liked a lighter beige coloring.

The reason for my overall low review is I have defective parts have sent in three emails and cannot receive any response. There is not a number to call so I do not know how to get in touch with anyone other than email and that is not being responded to please contact me.

Our homeowners association purchased 10 boxes of 2 unassembled chairs each box. A volunteer group of residents began to unpack one box and laid out the side arms still in plastic wrap. Approximately 10 minutes passed and we began to unwrap the side arms. They were very hot to touch and uncomfortable to unwrap. The volunteers unanimously agreed these arms would be painful to residents and harmful to their children. Please note, we have other pool furniture with black side arms and they do not exhibit the same heat absorption nor painful radiation of these new chairs. It was agreed the chairs were unacceptable and should be returned!

The chairs look great. Unfortunately they rusted very badly within 6 months. I have them on a covered patio out of the weather. Very disappointed that they didn’t last very long.

The assembly is WAY mor involved than any of the other chairs that I bought that did not cost THAT much more than these garbage pieces. Unless you want to spend WAY too much time putting these crappy chairs together than they are worth, do not buy them. I will finish the assembly and TRY to sell them. They are complete trash!!

The chair back and seat are nice but assembly and longevity are horrible. 3 bolt screws were stripped during assembly and couldnt be tightened down all the way. 3 other screws started backing themselves out with in week causing me to continually tighten them. In the end, I disassembled and returned. I would not buy again.

Hello, I received the chair, but it appears to be defective or damaged—possibly during shipping. The chair leans forward and does not sit level, making it unsafe to use. The base also seems to be stuck and cannot be adjusted or removed. Because of this, I’m requesting a return and refund. I purchased 2 sets of the Techmilly Patio Swivel chairs ( total of 8 chairs) Chair is poorly constructed and difficult to assemble . Chair did not fit securely into base. Making the chair wobbly %26 unsafe to use. Techmilly excepted my request to return the chairs for a refund . The chairs were returned per their instructions via FedEX. However, Techmilly provided very poor customer service %26 delayed the return of the refund. To facilitate getting my refund I worked with the Walmart Customer Service Team . It took ~ 2.5 months to get my refund. The refund to my credit card was paid by Walmart not Techmilly .

I had defective parts that I have been trying to get replaced for a week. No one will contact me at all. That is the only reason for the bad review. The chairs are very nice and I will remove my bad review if somebody will contact me and get me my bad parts replaced

received the wrong item. contacted techmilly several times. Received only one response asking for pictures and sku number on boxes. I did that and still no response. will never order like this again. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
