only buy four ply!!!!
NEVER buy the two ply. they come out slimy ON ONE SIDE -when you soak them. I accidentally bought them and ended up tossing them because you can't even put them in the freezer. I have used the four ply for 30 years. I use them for hot packs in massage therapy. they're wonderful. And it's not like using buckwheat or anything that can mold eventually in a pot pack.

I thought 4ply was better than 2ply don't waste your money and get 2ply.

These are bad!
They leave an oily film of the food. Not sure what comes out of the ice pack as they thaw. Horrible.
