waiting for e-mail about protection plan ?
the equalizer works good , easy hookup , so far so good . I bought 2 year protection plan with my purchase and have received no e-mails about the plan as promised ?

Eww.
This thing just doesn't have a quality sound to it. Everything about it is junky. It also appears very differently in the pictures from what I received. I'm not going to the trouble of uploading photographic proof but the website item pictures show a much more detailed display than the thing I received.

DOA - No Power
Received quickly that was good. But unfortunately, the device would not power on at all. Tried different outlets as well nothing. DOA as they say. Also, wow the cheap quality compared to the old 15 - 20yr old EQ's even the ones from the 90's and early 2000 is way different. This thing feels like a paper clip flimsy cheap thin metal casing, wouldn't take much to put a dent in it. The quality of products they make today or literally horrendous,garbage esp for this price of $140 should be no more then $50-$75 tops.
