Not good design
All connection joints become loose very easily when you operate it. More and more difficult to operate when you use the longer pole because it curves. I am going to return it.

Will try to return even during pandemic!
Rope too short, frays first use, poles bend too easily, saw doesn't attach, and loper cuts only half inch or smaller.
