It works just like it says it would - it is smokeless! I've made burgers and even a steak on it. It's nice not to have to drag out a big grill for just a couple of steaks and it tastes as if it were grilled on an outdoor grill - even looks like it!

I love grilled food and this is such a breeze to use. My food is always the way I like it. i am 83 years old so I really appreciate the ease of using it.

We like the fact it has a cover so the grease doesn't go all over the kitchen!!

This griddle has an exceptional amount of cooking space. it is tremendous that it comes aside for easy garage as well. it's a comfortable suit for the plug in...first cooking strive I did not recognize it wasn't plugged all the manner in on the unit.

I ordered this BBQ and the griddle part was missing. Griddle is shown in picture. Must return to a Walmart store and reorder. Hopefully the next order will be correct

Takes a little longer to cook food than expected. Would really like a flame grill, gives a significant different taste to food. Ilike that the grease runs off and the food doesn't sit in the grease while cooking. Easy to clean up.

Great product. Easy to use, easy to clean and put away. Perfect for cold and rainy days. Decently priced too.

Go to water tray to pull out! Lid needs to fit better! Handle on lid needs a better handle that it has!! That you don't have to use a pot holder!!

Not what I expected. It is very difficult to use. The smokeless did not work as it should. Hubby does not want it.
