It's compact, cool and easy to keep in the car/truck. Reception is good, easy to use and set, and seems to be a good value so far. Shipping was hyperfast. Criticism: plastic always seems flimsy, insulting to the consumer since other options aren't that more expensive. I'd buy again, but the product does't have the "tightness, fit" of say a Sony. Radio could save your life or the lives of your loved ones. Sooooo, there's always that.

A lot of bang for the buck, very sensitive.
I have checked out the SSB mode, the AM/MW bandwidth, SW reception, and the FM reception. Above most in all ways so far, and I appreciate the swappable battery that is common out there. Speaker is a bit tiny sounding, but the headphone fidelity is awesome.

Could be complicated if you're new to this stuff.
Other reviews were good and said many good things about this radio. It is complicated and you will need to read the directions. Many options and buttons. I'm still learning but so far I keep it in the bathroom to play with and learn more.
