I was curious about why it was so comfortable, so I took it apart and took a look. Wow, its memory foam layer is 2" thick.

Solved my issues. I was skeptical the low incline would not work but it is perfect. Item is exactly as pictured and described. This has lessened the problem with my shoulder. Excellent purchase.

I slept a solid 8 hours. Only woke up once during the night and normally I wake up 4 to 6 times a night. No back or neck pain. Woke up with a lot of energy that lasted the entire day. Great comfort and the material is breathable. Highly recommend this pillow to all back sleepers especially those with sleep apnea.

I love how it looks and its firm. I'm a solid 200 lbs and its stays up when I lay on it.

Very nice thick wedge. I'm a side sleeper, so I woke up with shoulder pain If I tried to slide to the edge. I kept sliding down. I opt in for another brand that was much thinner towards the bottom. My son sleeps well with it though. Just too firm and thick for me.

I would recommend with one caution about the cover; although well made it is very difficult to remove for washing and extremely difficult to put back on. I had removed it as i was hoping to find it softer to sink in to, but it's absolutely firm. If the difficult cover doesn't bother you, and a firm wedge is what you want, then it's a very good choice. I will still look for a plush, soft wedge that i can sink in to.

It appears to be very used and it's not pictured like the one on the advertisement and doesn't even have the same label on it as the one pictured. Highly disappointed , waited patiently for the item and it arrived in used condition and I needed it for a family member that has an injury and I waited for nothing and now I have to return it . They need to have better quality control! And I didn't do my research on it but it came from like the far east of China, very foreign company, nothing against that but I guess that's why it took so long to get it. Do not recommend. And the pillow wedge also had a smell to it and not a new smell. Very disappointed.

Pillow was supposed to pump within 12-72 hours, it is more than a month ago and pillows have not fully pumped up
