Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Complete Series (DVD)

This series is worthy of being part of my top three favorite iterations of the ninja turtles. Plus you can't go wrong with buying this set. Just maje sure you got a spread sheet just to know what dvd has which episode you wanna see.

My toddler is TMNT obsessed and we found this set of the entire series so he can watch anytime now. He loves it!

It really does seem that walmart potentially has a greater dvd collection than others, and offers more affordable prices sometimes. I like the emphasis walmart gives to potential harmful chemical warnings the most. However its just so hard to navigate their website on my phone. Using desktop mode in landscape mode helps but even then to reach all the information you need per product you still have to click again. Im not fond of mobile version if websites but in general I prefer websites over apps.

The set has twenty discs, and it's a bit hard to tell the order, but other than that 1080P is just right. The colors seem more vibrant than what I saw with streaming services. There's five episodes per disc, more or less. My kid is loving it and so are we!

The series is a fun show that begins with a tone more juvenile than the overall feel of the show. Great characterizations for most of the cast. Later seasons bring in elements from all corners of the TMNT franchise, My only genuine complaint comes in the labels printed on the discs. They have individual titles, but no numbers. I had to pull up a wikipedia list of the disc release dates and number them with a sharpie.

I love this incarnation of the turtles. since Paramount/Nickelodeon only released the first 2 seasons as individual sets and the rest as broken up collections, this more than makes up for that. My only criticism is of the packaging itself. The disks are double stacked on posts and I'm afraid that I'm going to break one of the disks, but with care they can be removed safely.

The box came broken in multiple places. One piece broke off in the front, where the first 4 DVDs are held, the hinge on one section, and a crack in the case

overall this series is fun and great to watch but the Quality Control from Paramount is awful. Many of the discs came with manufacturing scratches and other with cloudy stains on the reading side. A orner of the case came a bit chipped too. Walmart did an excelent job packaging the set in a proper box with bubble protection so its the manufacturers fault.

I got this fresh out of the mail, and everything seems fine. Until I got to the Enter Shredder dvd, that it started to glitch. Turns out that dvd was scratched. I actually had to reactivate my Netflix subscription, just to finish off that dvd. I did manage to complete season one. But when I got to season two and specifically the good, the bad, and the Casey jones, there were scratches on it. There's likely a 50/50 percent chance that some of these DVDs are scratched, because of the cramped conditions of the packaging.

Delivery date changed 3 times. It arrived 30 minutes before we drove off to bring grandson home. It was his birthday present and didn't get to watch any of the movies before leaving grandma's.
