Tmnt Classic Don Vs Shedder 2pk Af

Purchased for 6 year old and he loves it. They stand up-to heavy hitting and throwing. The only dislike is that the fingers can come off of the turtle's hand but that's just because he plays really rough with his toys. Because of this I definitely would watch out if there's younger kids in the house to avoid choking. Would recommend they're definitely long lasting.

Great Quality!! Excellent toy for any collectors or fans of the original TMNT cartoon series from the late 1980s. Awesome details and authentic weapons and colors. Satisfaction all around.. ....

reminds me of the old ones! very fun to play for the kiddos! not at collectible level but pretty good for playing very articulable. I recommend it for the kids that love TMNT

LOVED this toy/set! It was actually bigger than I expected (I also didn't read the size measurements lol). Definitely recommend. this is for my 4 uear old nephew who wanted a Donatello toy

Great figures for a great price, seriously comparable to the Super 7 line for a fraction of the price. Not to mention they have more points of articulation. If you're a TMNT fan, you'll love these. My only complaint was the way the pupil is done, a dab of white paint and they have that complete old school look again.

So glad Playmates is putting these 2 packs back out in late (post-covid hopefully) 2021. Back of the box shows 4 2 packs and I'm 3 down one to go. Maybe the scalpers can't find the odd Walmart listing name with “tmnt” and “2Pk” but man the 7” scale, build quality, articulation, accessories, a figure stand! and great $17 per figure price point (.i.e. Hasbro is grabbing $22 for a 6” figure; NECA TMNTs are $35 a pop if you can find them which I mostly can't except the recent BAF size ChromeDome for $40 which scales well with Playmates TMNTs). Between Playmates TMNT retro figures and Godzilla/Kong figures I'm Playmates biggest fan which I would have never guessed. I should check out their Billie Eilish action figures which I think is a bold and creative move.

These are good figures, but the scaling is a bit off. Donatello is as tall as Shredder, which makes him look a bit oversized, standing side by side. The figures are well made, stiff joints, and even come with a stand for easy posing, which is a nice plus. But my gripe about these figures is the packaging. Every limb of each figure is zip tied into place. This made them very difficult to get out of packaging without damage. Even Donatello's bo staff had two zip ties on it! Way overkill, and ruined an otherwise solid set of figures.

Looks cool but no articulation. Bought for shredder but Cannot pose in any normal or cool positions. Looks awkward to display and zero play value because cannot move into fighting positions. The turtles are three times the size of shredder so not very show accurate. Hard to believe the behemoth turtle would have trouble fighting bean pole shredder when looking at them next to each other. So all around disappointing and I will not be getting any more of these figures. With all the turtle product toys available right now l really Expected more from the Playmates brand.
