Very helpful it gets in under the dining table and between chairs which is nice for crumbs . Helps a lot with the dog hair.This is a great vacuum for a small apartment. It is automated and does everything on it's own. Great quality and water tank included is nice. I like to see how it goes back to it's charging base on it's own. best part was watching the cats with it.

Very simple instructions and works well from app too. It not loud to me and it makes life easier by keeping my floor clean. picks up even unseen pet hairs

my only gripe is that it catches every rug I own and gets itself stuck and confused, and maybe that's on me and my rugs, but it's nevertheless annoying. okay, so two, because it also had a really difficult time figuring out where its dock was at, and I mean, it's a robot so I don't expect big things, but it should easily be able to ping home base from two feet away and make it there. I know I opened with my gripes, but it's actually functional and that surprised me because I had hella low expectations. I've had full-on fancy vacuums that didn't pick up as much as this did in just like 20 minutes. it's just... the gripes are valid and driving me nuts. it really could not find its base, and maybe it's mad at me because I named it flat lady (bc the flat lady cleans--heh), but I had to gentle parent it back on the charger and rescue it from the rugs a dozen times on its maiden voyage that only lasted the aforementioned 20 minutes. ehh, I'm not gonna keep complaining, it's more useful than my husband at helping tidy the house. it'll get better, I'm sure, and I'll just super-tape the rug corners down to avoid more issues in future. oh! and it's nice to have the mop feature because it's going to be a huge help with tiny cat bean prints and my family that doesn't take their dusty shoes off at the door like savages. like having a quick dust mop and sweep that I don't have to do myself. nice. good soup. thank you, flat lady. we gonna learn and grow together. 😌✨ (free from the review program and all opinions are my own)

Really Impressed With the Quality! Assembly was super easy and straightforward. Setting up the app was a little tricky for me at first, but once I actually sat down and took a few uninterrupted minutes to figure it out (which is easier said than done with a 12-month-old in your ear! 😂), it was actually pretty simple to set up and use. I'm still learning my way around all of the different features, but so far I'm really impressed with the overall quality. I actually own a much more expensive robot vacuum, and surprisingly, I feel like this one has some nicer features. My more expensive vacuum didn't even come with a remote, while this one does, which I really like. You can also adjust the vacuum suction level depending on what you're cleaning, along with several other useful functions. For the price and the number of features included, I think this is a really nice robot vacuum. So far, I'm very happy with it and looking forward to learning everything else it can do!
