Teeter Better Back Inversion Program Mat

I was crippled in a severe car accident in June 2005. I was in a lot of pain and walked with the assistance of crutches. I tried both Western and Eastern medicine to help me.After 9 years and boatloads of painkillers and anti-inflammatories I was at the end of my rope. I bought mat so I could look at it and learn the different exercises I can do with my 950 teeter. I love my teeter to stretch myself out in the end or beginning of each day.

This mat is straight forward and easy to follow. It is a must have for Teeter owners. There are many advantages to owning the mat, learning new stretches, options for forms of exercise. I am glad I purchased the program mat.

I purchased Teeter hoping it would reduce or eliminate my routine visits to the chiropractor as these visits were becoming a financial burden. I purchased this mat at the same time I purchased the EP-960 Premium Inversion Table. The mat allowed me to easily review what I was trying to accomplish with each use of the inversion table. This helped me to relax and thoroughly understand what I was trying to accomplish with each use.

The mat is a good & quick reminder of various useful positions while using the inversion table. However, it is too light weight, and not durable. Particularly the imaging is simply painted only to a minimal depth. Any scratching or scuffing mars the images,and makes them unreadable. Consider a thicker mat with colored inlays for the images. Or, some coloring that can be absorbed deeper into the mat material.
