Teeter EZ-Up Gravity Boots for Inversion Decompression Stretching, Back Pain Relief and Abdominal Exercise

I decided to go with the gravity boots over the inversion table to reduce space use. These boots are excellent. I use them daily and they are fantastic at stretching out my back. Within a month, they have already reduced chronic back pain I was experiencing for years.

I like the gravity boots. They work like I expected they would. They are comfortable while in use. The only negative is price, I think I could have bought a cheaper brand and got the same results. But I am happy with these boots.

I've had my inversion table for more than 10 years, and the boot straps broke, so i had to order a new pair, it all still works Great ! Not certain why it refers to this other item and the boots, i only got the boots.

These gravity boots are great. I lived with low back pain for over a year. I went to a chiropractor and got some relief but the pain never completely went away. I've been inverting with these boots everyday since I got them and now I'm pain-free most days. Amazing! Highly recommended trying them out for back pain.

These inversion boots have changes my life! Seriously. I've been using them for almost 20 years - just finally had to buy a new pair - and they helped cure me of a chronic back problem that I had for several years. They have also given me abs of steel!

My rheumatologist suggested gravity inversion as a way to reduce lumbar pain and sciatica. I purchased the Teeter boots and doorframe bar system, rather than a table, because I am still athletic enough to get on and off without assistance. I have slowly increased my inversion time to ten minutes per day. Mostly I dangle to allow my vertebrae to stretch. I also incorporate pelvic floor, abdominal, and hamstring strengthening exercises. I follow this with 30-45 minutes of yoga. My pain level has decreased and my mobility has increased.

I'm enjoying the boots so far. One of the things that most impressed me was how easy the instructions are to follow. I'm a little cautious about lowering my self down, but once I've got down I'm quite comfortable. I really feel it in my abs, which for me is a good thing, since thats a targeted area. Looking forward to learning from some you-tube videos how to use the boots for other exercises. Great product at a reasonable price.

Been using for 30 years plus, great for inverted sit-ups. Only critique is the grip surface on the hooks wears out quickly causing slippage when inverted.

I like the boots but I can't hang for more than 2-3 minutes because I start to lose feeling in my feet. I think if you could add a front part to the boot similar to a ski boot with an open toe like a leg boot cast it could alleviate the excess pressure on the ankle

I give a 3 out of 10 only bc this didnt state how small a door frame this would accommodate. Quality is amazing and i wish it fit bc it was solid. Boots are great and the relief you get from using them is amazing
