I have been using my FitForm for a few months now. It replaced an aging B**flex that I have had for several years. I am very happy with the FitForm. The number of exercises seems to be endless, and the resistance adjustment is brilliantly easy. As you can see in the attached photos, I fashioned what I call a “floor bench” from leftover B**flex parts, which facilitates any number of pull-down movements and is quite comfortable. I also cut down a bar for use with the FitForm. (You might consider offering these as accessories? For me, they make my workout more enjoyable.) The bar helps with the only issue I have had with the FitForm, which is that on occasion, if I don't pull the same with each hand, the resistance can be unbalanced. Overall, I believe I am getting an excellent workout with my FitForm, and hope to use it for years to come. It is a great compliment to my beloved Teeter Inversion Table!
Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. Setting it up was easy and I find the workouts on the app to be very helpful. There's some imbalance with the tension on each side when doing upper body moves, so I alternate arms for a more even work out. Aside from that, I'm extremely happy with what I'm able to do on this machine and look forward to the workouts. I would recommend it to others.
Finally recovering from 3 years of long COVID, thank-you Zjedus and Ivermectin, I needed better resistance training at home. FitForm and the videos on Move are exactly what I need to complete my recovery of strength, stamina and mobility. I initially stated with the Power 10 to get my heart rate and movement reset. This year I added the FitForm. At 67, it's a winning combo.
I have had my fitform total body strength trainer for 4 days now and so far it is working out great. It was easy to assemble and it is very easy to use. Really like the fact that the weight is so easy to adjust. I have a shoulder injury and I have a damaged sciatic nerve in my right leg making my leg is numb from the knee down. Being able to start at a low weight is the best thing for me as my shoulder and leg are very weak. In a short time I have been able to go up in very slow increments when working out without have to physically move weights around. Just turning the little nob to adjust the weight is wonderful. I have worked out in a gym and this is so much better for me.
I just started using my FitForm a few weeks ago. It was easy to put together and the Move app has been helping me get off to a great start! After a back injury a few years ago I am cautious about exercising. The Fit Form is a great addition to my workout.
I really like the flexibility of use with the strength trainer. I'm still learning different techniques and ways to use it. I do feel like there is a difference in tension on each side, and it doesn't feel consistent.
This is a great machine only problem I have is sometimes it feels uneven when I am using it. I still love it though, also it would be nice to have some 10 minute just AB workouts. I like to do the 20 to 30 minute workouts but don't seem to get enough abs in those workouts so a quick 10 min ab workout would be great to do after the longer workouts. I hope you will make a quick 10 minute ab workout!!
It is a very good price for what it does - but for seniors I feel like it is difficult to use. Much harder to pull because it is not smooth like very expensive machines. But for the price most younger people can't go wrong. At 75 years old I'm not thrilled with it.
It's ok. It's like an upgraded band workout. Other reviews are right. Feels jerky and uneven when using one cable. You need to use both at once to make it feel more smooth. The fabric cable string is very cheap and I wonder how long it'll last for. It's definitely pricey for what this is. But pro is, it takes up very little room.
Unfortunately, I can't give a glowing review as was the case with other teeter products we've purchased. The fit form is too short is not as stable as expected and as advertised. Overall, not completely satisfied.
