I'm enjoying myLT3. It did have one problem in assembly- two of the holes in the base were not threaded to accept the bolts and washers. My son tapped them out and the rest of the assembly went well. I'm using the Lat3 regularly as part of my recovery from spinal surgery.
So far it has delivered a great workout. We opted for the in home assembly which was provided by Angie ! Both technicians were on time and made the assembly look easy!
In just a couple of weeks, I feel a difference and relief of back pain and stiffness in my thighs after using the free step LT3 equipment. My wife no longer experiences knee pain. It's remarkable!!!
Great overall workout. I can do as much or as little as I want and work what muscle group I choose. My PT recommended a Nustep but this is much more affordable and same results.
During assembly, I received 2 less screws than required. It turned out that I also needed the 2 additional screws to be 1/4 inch longer than the screws I received. Fed Ex sent delivery instructions, I would receive it on 5/27/26 between 8 am-8pm, and I was required to be present to sign for it. I didn't receive it until later in afternoon on 5/28/26. FYI I saw the driver on my Ring doorbell camera just drop it outside my door and drive away, and the box weighs about 135 pounds. With that being said, the product is actually good.
So far I like the LT3 Elliptical, the only thing that could be better is the seat it's a tad bit on the hard side that's probably why they sell a jell cover.
Seat and backrest need a complete redesign ........material is way to stiff, and shoulder blades dig into outer contour at its widest width on backrest if you are a man at under 5'10",and seat should be shimmed a littler higher in front so you do not slide forward, and seat itself needs another half inch on rear of seat and cupped not flat........................OUTSIDE OF SEATING ISSUE IT PERFORMS WELL.
I wanted an exercise bike similar to the ones at the gym I attend that would be easy on my knees. This advertised as a physical therapy bike and was low impact. I don't find this to be correct in my experience. This bike is very hard on my knees. I have paid all this money for it and have used it three times. It is not at all what I wanted or expected it to be.
I like the action of the legs and arms. Getting on and off is difficult for those with mobility issues. Also the seat distance from the pedals raises the seat rather than just going horizontally back.
I bought it, hoping that it would provide a cardio workout since I can't run due to needing a knee replacement. I can't really use it because it actually hurts my knee. I can't find a comfortable position that doesn't hurt it.
