When I first set it up and tried it I couldn't last a minute and I thought I made a mistake. Now it's been over a month and I use it everyday for 20 minutes and lost over 25 lbs with exercise and watching what I eat. Thanks again it's great.

I love the smooth operation of the rower, and the total body workout. Very easy to use; however, if I could change one thing, I would like to see the intensity level on the display monitor. Also (and this is an easy fix), unless I place my phone or iPad in the mount, there is a rattling vibration while using the rower.

I love my new power 10 rower and it is perfect for anyone that is over 65 and in good shape. It's easy to use and I am sure in time I will see wonderful results like I have with my other Teeter products. At 77 I love exercising on my Power 10; I started at 2 minutes and after a month I row for 8 minutes, with a goal of 20 minutes of rowing in about 6 months. The Power 10 is well made so the boxes and some parts are very heavy, making it difficult to put together by yourself. If you are a senior citizen like me I recommend you have help (strong grandkids) or pay for the assembly option when you buy your Power 10.

Wanted something to keep me motivated. This works! Assembly was fairly easy. Easy enough I did it alone. Workout is smooth and adjustment is extremely easy and fast. Love it!

I've used a regular standard rower for years. The only problem with a traditional rower was the strain on the lower back after about 30m of work. I've had the Power 10 Elliptical Rower for about two months. The benefits are many. 1. More upright position. 2. Large comfortable seat. 3. Easy read display. The machine targets the arms and shoulders primarily. Once a rhythm is established you can enter into a ‘Zen' workout state where time seems to fly. You can easily burn 400-500 calories in under an hour! I am 6'1” , weigh about 195, 67 years old. It's one of the best home exercise machines I've ever owned. Very easy to put together using the link to the installation app.

I'll truly in love with it. Only thing I'm concerned about is it does make a slight grinding sound on the inside. Should I be concerned? I thought it was supposed to be silent. Please reach out to me about it. Other than that, I love it

This is a fairly complicated machine to assemble. Follow assembly instruction exactly. Some parts are heavy. Assembly instructions are clear, parts are clearly labeled, and necessary tools included. I suggest you get a magnetized #3 Phillips screwdriver as I lost two when they dropped down into the flywheel. I don't like the seat shape and it is difficult and ackward to adjust. My heart rate monitor doesn't work (synch) with console computer! I get a good strength and cardio workout. The Power10 works your back, arms and legs. Multi-hand positions work different upper body muscles. Overall, I am pleased with my Power10 Max.

I love standing ellipticals and the row machines at the gym and I thought this would be amazing, combining the two. I definitely sweat using it, but I don't feel progress with it. After an elliptical or a row you feel the muscles you've worked. This has momentum and it helps you too much. I would send it back, but I'd have to break it down and pay for shipping and new boxes. So I'll keep it, because my kids play with it. Some things are better in their original forms.
