This…..like SO MANY of your electric blankets…..is a pc of junk!! One never knows if it will turn on %26 warm up!!!NEVER!!! ALL of the electric blankets/ neck/shoulder warmers I've gotten from you are pcs of JUNK!! They SIMPLY don't work!!! I've spent hours trying to figure out what is WRONG with them!! To no avail!! Situation SO BAD that I've now purchased Microwaveable products for pain relief!!!!
