Tel-Time Pyramid Talking Alarm Clock

I purchased this clock for my sister. She is completely blind and does dialysis 3 days a week. Her previous clock just like this one broke. She loves this clock because it is easy to use and it helps her to be able to tell what time of the day it is.

I was very happy at how fast it came to my door. I really like the quality of it it was easy to sit it seems like it's really good quality I think it'll last a long time I would like to see it be rechargeable though instead of having to put batteries in it. but other than that yeah I'd like to design the volume's nice how low you can make it is nice so you don't disturb your roommates. very nice very happy

I received a Talking Alarm clock as a gift over 30 years ago, and it meant so very much to me! It is EXACTLY like the one I just now purchased. This clock has excellent settings for time, alarm, sound, and volume. And to find the time in the dark of night all I must do is press the top of the clock and a young lady tells me what time it is! I LOVE IT!!!

This would be perfect if it had hourly announcements .

It is a great idea to put the programming buttons on the bottom so the vision-impaired person doesn't accidentally touch those buttons. One way to improve this item is to make the voice speak the numbers more clearly. You have to listen several times before you can make out what time it actually is.

Mom found the voice to be a bit muffled,,& clock a bit smaller than she'd hoped

I ordered this clock to replace one that looked just like it. However, there were some features that were not the same and were not as good as the original... They looked alike and basically functioned the same, but voice on new device was muffled--not as clear, and when I set the alarm. you could not set it to just ring once, it kept going off every ten minutes with no option to choose a one ring option. Plus it dinged before giving you the time instead of just saying it. It is better than nothing but I was disappointed. Ill keep using my old one (It works, but insides rattle around) until original one dies completely.
