This is a great insulated long sleeve shirt. you can layer them on top of each other or on top of other clothes. the large that I ordered was a lot tighter than most large shirts and a little bit more difficult to layer. if I was going to get another set I would get an extra large if they offered it. two layers keeps you quite warm, very comfortable and breathable. kind of hugs you a little bit like a support device. A perfect base layer that's so comfortable, warm, and much thicker than others I've purchased. Sizing is accurate. I chose large size that fits a tad loose for me at 144lbs and perfectly snug for my 190lb son. A must have for colder weather at a great black friday price!

they fit good. washed well. i need to find them in more colors. I wore em under my short sleeve shirts at night. they were comfortable and kept me warm. it was about 50 degrees.
