Concerned
I have been pleased with this service as evident by my continued use. However, today was not positive. First, the shopper never opened the chat so I could speak with her. a couple of the items were not available and I would have loved to chat and get a substitution. Then , once delivered, I am missing the Jimmie Dean sausage griddle cakes. . It is on the receipt but not in the bags. I hope this is not a preview of things to come. It is sad because this is such a wonderful service.

I never received my package. When I track the package it says left at post office per customer request. That's a lie.
