Oh my gosh I love this thing! It was slightly heavier in weight than I expected. It is silky soft and OH so cool. When it landed on my feet, I felt the coolness instantly. i actually did NOT sweat. I did also notice that the internet advice says air dry only. ... which kind of makes sense right. ( I believe the fabric was nylon and I do understand not heating up nylon.) It's COOL ! I THOUGHT ABOUT BUYING A COUPLE AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS.

Great Purchase
This blanket is AMAZING!! I am a HOT sleeper, especially since menopause, and this help tremendously!!! I found that it works even better if there is no flat sheet used, just the cooling blanket. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Nice light summer blanket
This is a very light blanket/cover with a soft nylon feel to the fabric. It definitely has a cooling effect/feel . The color is more like cornflower blue than purple. Nice cover for a cooling effect but it's very slippery so it moves around on the bed easily.

I have been debating for a while about getting a cooling blanket. I am happy I chose this blanket. My only complaint is that it is a little too slippery and falls down easily. So I just wrap myself around it and it works great. I can't believe how cool it actually feels on my skin. I totally didn't believe it was going to work until I tried it. I recommend.

Definitely helps
I like this blanket it definitely has a cooling effect when I first put it on but definitely wears off over time. I would still it though because it is the coolest blanket I own.
