telescope casual 153313c01 world famous counter height director chair, navy with walnut frame

i really wanted a casual but unique look to my sun room that would be comfortable and practical for 1 to 2 people i also bought a glass pub table that accents the chairs beautifully

Great customer service when my original order wa back ordere. He took care of my problem and substituted another product. Product arrived before Christmas. However, when I opened my box the directors chair was great but the footstep was not included. Any chance you can send me a footstep and the hardware to put it on the chair?

We use these chairs to hang out, eat, watch TV, and entertain. They are the most used chairs in our home. I bought the same chairs 20 YEARS AGO! and when they finally wore out, we started looking for new counter height bar stools, but found nothing that was as COMFORTABLE and easy to move around as these telescope director's chairs. They are so sturdy and well constructed. You get a lot of chair for the money. There's a lot of cheap imitations out there, but I'm glad I went for the quality all those years ago. The only downside is the canvas covers get saggy after a while. If anyone has any solutions other than buying new covers, please let me know..... I am a huge fan of these chairs as you can see.

Bought for our kitchen counter...also comfortable to watch TV...put all 4 together in less than 10 minutes. Very nice wood and canvass is very good quality. This was our first purchase from Hayneedle. A very pleasant experience. Would recommend company & product. So far there are no cons.

I bought two for my boat and sent one back. Needed 24"" height for extra seating at dining table. Good concept, but poor wood joinery and only single needle stitched seam and ragged canvas edge on seat. Oversprayed finish had stain color and was applied over all hardware. Make this chair using teak, with better workmanship and brass hardware. Do that and you will have a product that boaters will buy!

Product attractive...assembling easy...rough spot scratchy under right arm where screw inserted. It's pretty sharp.
