Great execution, design needs work.
It seems stable, is relatively light for its height capability, and its compact shape makes it relatively easy to carry around the house compared to a regular ladder of the same height. However, it is a real pain to extend, since the bottom most rungs must be extended each in turn. After the first 3-4 rungs, the damned thing is about 5' tall, and the weight of the rungs to still be extended is considerable when done by one's arm that is already nearly fully extended. The ladder has to be lain flat for extending to any significant height, then raised up to be put in place. Not the most convenient.
