I love the ladder, light but sturdy. Opens and closes easily if you follow directions. But I'm not happy that the seller didn't bother to put it in a box so send to me, they just slapped the shipping information on the ladder's plastic shrink-wrap and sent it off. Not surprisingly, the stair block was broken. I wrote Telesteps for a warranty replacement and was told the company doesn't have or sell the blocks separately.

This ladder is faults advertising. It states that it has a 11 foot reach. If you are not 6 foot tall, you are going to be really streching to reach 11foot like they advertise. The model number calls it a 10 ft extension. Not a extension at all. You can only get 3 ft in height using this ladder. Called company and they said. I need a taller person to be able to reach 11 ft. Paid $300.00 for this short ladder
