eye tightner , this is garbage
I'd give it a ZERO but you have to give it something. This didn't do anything at all...maybe a moisturizer? I followed the instructions I didn't use a blow dryer like they show on the advertisement. but it didn't say it was necessary. I fanned my face with a magazine. Nothing!
