Tempur-Pedic Cloud Memory Foam Adjustable + Cooling Cover Pillow, Adult, Queen

Can't speak on longevity because I just received the item but it feels very well made and everything was shipping fast and has a 5 year warranty…. How could you go wrong with it?

My husband bought this and a mattress and box spring when he broke his back back in 2000. He has refused to replace the pillow but we did get a new mattress set last year. So when I found this online, I jumped on the chance especially since it was a great price. So glad to find the exact same item.

In addition to position changes, sleeping with the pillows for the past month has improved the pain significantly! I didn't have to take a pain killer in the morning anymore. Would definitely recommend :)

The foams are super comfy and adjusts to your head and posture over time. It was filled quite a lot, so I had to remove some foams out first. Good thing that the foams can be removed or added. I suggest that you put this pillow in a cotton or satin pillow cover, since it kind of pulls your hair when you sleep on it without any pillow cover. Overall, high quality pillow and definitely brought more value than its price to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my husband for his birthday and he loves it! Only reason I have 4 instead of 5 was because I wish the stuff you take out of it to get it adjusted to your comfort level is really messy/kind of a pain. Otherwise, it's great!

I used to have a cloud pillow years ago and it was one of the best pillows I owned. Quality went down over time, probably why they do the BOGO pillow and you're not allowed to return. Only had for a few months and barely slept on them and they provide no support and are currently flat. They are comfortable to start and then are useless after some use.

This pillow is basically a mesh bag full of cut up cubes of spongey material. I move a lot when I sleep, and so does all this filling. My neck and my trapezius are so tight in the morning, it feels like I must be trying not to move in my sleep so the pillow stuffing doesn't move. It's a terrible "pillow" I would not recommend at all.

I'm extremely disappointed with my purchase, especially since I didn't realize there are no returns or exchanges. These pillows are horribly uncomfortable and nothing we do improves them. The pillows were a birthday present for my son, and I've not regretted a purchase as much as this in quite some time.
