Can't speak on longevity because I just received the item but it feels very well made and everything was shipping fast and has a 5 year warranty…. How could you go wrong with it?

This pillow is amazing. I have a difficult time finding the right pillow, either too soft or too firm. This pillow is amazing because you get to adjust the comfort of the pillow to fit your needs. I kept thee tea stuffing in case I needed to ever add to it. Will definitely buy again. Highly recommend

I had anothe pillow from Tempure Pedic and it's high so I wanted to tried this shape and like it exactly what I was looking for. The are soft and no too bulky so you neck is going to feel comfortable if you are side sleeper and I am. Really good material as well and the cold technology works really good

I've always had soft, squishy pillows. But as a side sleeper I was having a lot of neck and shoulder pain because I wasn't getting good support. This pillow gives me great support for my neck and has helped to alleviate my neck and shoulder pain. I will admit it took a bit of getting used to but I wouldn't go back to a regular pillow now. And, I can confidently say that neither would my husband. He loves the pillow too.

I really like how moldable the pillow is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this pillow given I had the orginal tempurpedic pillows 12 years ago and they were fantastic. However these pillows as you sleep all the fill moves out from under your head to around. So you end up waking with a flat area where your head was. This causing neck and shoulder pain. Maybe they need more fill added to them or the fill to be a finer cut instead of chunky. Really disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2013 we purchased very slim tempur-pedic pillows that we adore (like I take them on vacation - adore). There is nothing like them in the current line, so we decided to give the adjustable pillows a go. We tried to love these pillows but in reality they are ridiculous. They make a mess, they're lumpy and even after four adjustments we couldn't get them right. You can't return them and I feel foolish for buying them.

But the only thing that's adjustable about this pillow is you can unzip the inner bag and empty the filler. What you get is still a pillow, just flatter. I don't recommend it for anyone with neck or back problems. Very misleading and disappointing.
