This pillow is an amazing pillow, unfortunately my experience with delivery on this product was not so good. I got only 1 pillow in a partially damaged box. Walmart refunded my money and no complaints there but I really want this pillow and that was disappointing. Still highly recommend Walmart and this pillow.

Memory foam is of good quality, springs back to its shape. Boxy design, works great for side sleepers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you sleep on your back or stomach, this is a great pillow! If you sleep on your side or switch sleeping positions often then look for another pillow. Tempur pedic makes a great pillow so I'd look at the options they offer first.

Very well made and high quality. I don't use it because it isn't firm enough. It's so soft that I feel like I'm not sleeping on a pillow. It flattens and my neck hurts in the morning

I purchased three matching pillows as gifts this year. The pillows have a durable outer shell, are generally comfortable, and don't retain tons of heat. Having said that, I am just really disappointed and I wish I could return them all. The problem is that these are advertised as Tempur-Pedic pillows. I expected above-average comfort, pressure point pain relief, and material/foam/gel that was cool to the touch. And especially for the cost. These pillows provided none of that. They are average pillows, not worth the cost. And Walmart sells a better pillow with everything I was looking for at a much much lower price. Do not recommend you waste money. Go buy the Walmart version of this pillow at a fraction of the cost.
