I have always used the original "Ergo" and "Cloud". I could not afford my favorite, but this pillow gives the ability to make it my own. I can adjust the amount of filling inside. I need good neck support. The extra cooling pillow cover is very nice and antibacterial. I gave it 4 stars only because it's not the original! I highly recommend it! It comes with a 5 year warranty,also.

I am very picky about pillows and usually they are either too soft or too hard, even the memory foams. This pillow is not only just right but also included was a tube pillow with extra filling in case the pillow wasn't supportive enough. These made great neck pillows. I just wish Walmart carried the king size in this pillow.

I really enjoy this product. It's incredibly comfortable and very much worth the price. I am very hard on pillows, but I've had this one for over a month, and it's still not flat or uncomfortable. It is a bit pricey, but overall worth it.

I thought the overall texture was okay I just thought that it would be a little bit firmer. I mean it's about a $50 pillow and I thought that it would have a pillowcase that went over it. Luckily I bought it a pillowcase suitable for the type of pillow.

too expensive, but ability to customize the softness is great. Comes with a tube of stuffing to add. Doesn't get unbearably hot, but does get warm . Just turn the pillow and another spot is cool to touch.

Pillow is really good. I still don't know if it will work for me. I've only been using for a week. It's comfortable but I'm waking up with a sore neck and I've been trying to adjust to make better. only time will tell.

The only thing I like about this pillow is that it comes with extra stuffing. It does not stay cool! It might be adjustable, but within 5 minutes theres a clear indention where my head was. I can't return it because I've already slept on it. Hot sleepers should stay away from this pillow!

Pillow was way too hard. No give at all. Painful on the neck area. Probably a great pillow for someone who enjoys a hard pillow

Smells like paint very toxic. I washed it and let it air dry and the smell is still strong. The quality is okay it does cool a bit and it's soft.
