Tempur-Pedic Tempur-Ergo Neck Pillow, Small Profile

I have been using a Tempur-Pedic small pillow for over 20 years. I have to replace them every 5 years or so, its well worth it. I have arthritis and have had whiplash from accidents twice over the year. This pillow helps me sleep like a baby and wake refreshed and pain free. No other pillow has been this comfortable! My husband developed a spinal condition around his neck area, and needed a firm but comfortable support while sleeping. As we have Tempurpedic mattress we swear by, I decided to try the neck pillow. It was a "gamble" because he is a fussy sleeper. But, Tempurpedic did its magic. The first morning after, he declared he can't live without it, and worked wonders to ease his pain. Thank you Tempurpedic! I would like to suggest, however, that more thought be given to the material used for its cover. First, it feels a little too "warm" to skin, which may disturb one's sleep especially for those who do not like to keep air conditioning on while sleeping. Second, it attracts dust and lint, which cannot be avoided in bedding. And, third, it washes well but collects all that lint in washing machine too!

We've been tempurpedic owners since 2001 but decided to get new pillows (and mattresses as it turned out!). We've had our new standard neck/shoulder pillows for about a month now and the improvements from 2001 are great. The pillows feel lighter so I was worried about them for support but shouldn't have been concerned. The new ones hold up just as well as our old ones. These new ones feel lighter (not as dense) and cooler. The new covers are nice and easy to wash.

Having just had surgery on my spine, the top vertebra in my neck, I was concerned about taking care of that while I slept, in light of all the different exercises I was doing to strengthen the muscles that had been severed so that the arthritis in my spinal column might get dug out. I had a similar pillow which I hadn't used in years and I broke it out to try. I was just beginning when my son, a physician, gave me my Tempur-pedic. It could not have been a finer gift.

This was a replacement for the 10-yr-old contour pillow I got from Select Comfort. When I went to get another I learned they had "inproved" it and it was totally different. I found one that was even better at Tempurpedic. I'm a side sleeper and need the support for my neck.

I 've been a user of the Tempur-Pedic pillow for many years. My wife got me one and fell in love with it right way. I had neck surgery and it's the only pillow that works for me. My old pillow started getting soft and OLD. So it was time for a replacement. I've tried different brands, But I just give them away... they just don't work! THANK YOU for making a great pillow!

I bought the pillow several weeks ago and there is still a lingering chemical smell. I have put the pillow outside, leaned it up against a wall so that all sides get air, etc. Still very smelly.

if you like sleeping on a rock buy this pillow. i have one that is very comfortable and wanted a newer one.. its way too firm. good quality but fits my head and neck uncomfortably.

I purchase this neck pillow several months ago. Unfortunately due to air tight packaging the chemical odor couldn't escape. This smell is not something you want in a pillow. If pillow had been properly stored in open air before shipment I would have kept it. Too bad,This was a replacement for my original Tempur-Pedic which after over 10 years finally wore out.

I have difficulty sleeping most of the time. My new TempurPedic pillow was a relief. I have everything I need for a good night sleep. Only problem I have .... I am extremely sensitive to chemical smells. Why does my pillow smell like it came out of a vat of chemicals from a factory? I have put every possible protective cover on the pillow, even doubled up and I still smell the chemicals. This is not good for sleep...I'm back to trying to find another expensive pillow I can buy and start over. At this cost it should smell like baby powder!
