I have tried many Pads to address my incontinence issues. Being of a large frame, I had problems with the pads bunched up in my Crouched area. It was very uncomfortable and would sometimes leak and allow spillage onto my undergarments and clothing. Really embarrassing. I always liked the Tena products. I use their Disposable Panties. My experience with these pads have been exactly what I've been looking for. A perfect fit. They are long enough to cover my entire bottom area. Most importantly they are soft and the padded area is light like cotton. When moisture is in it instead of it bunching up, the pad remains flat and absorbs it with a wicking effect. No moisture in that area but in the pad. Love my new pads. I highly recommend this product because it has proved to be more than I had expected.
I take a water pill daily so when the urge is noticed , it's already almost too late to avoid an accident. When I opened this first. pkg of Tena Overnight pads, extra coverage, %238, I had my doubts as to whether they were going to work for me. They were so soft, not extra heavy feeling and not the extra long ones you can get in other brands. You can imagine how surprised I was when I experienced NO leaks even when I couldn't make it to the toilet in time.
They leak if you wait to long getting to a restroom. But all pads I've tried keak. Tena does not leak as bad as Poise or as bad as equate brand. Tena has a softer feel which is nice. Poise has a stiffer feel. Tena has a wider shape which is better coverage I find I have to put the pad on with the backend to the front, and it really is a better shape for catching the pee It makes no sense to me that the big wide end is supposed to be at the back when you pee towards the front. I use the overnite pads for all time. The regular shape pads don't do me any good. when I use the regular shape pads I get totally wet no matter what. I can only recommend Tena. If Tena would make the pads wide at both ends they would be perfect.
The Tena pads were life savers for me. They are very absorbent; not bulky. They are comfortable and do protect the wearer from any irritation. Pads can be worn overnight with or without a Depends garment. Together they are fool proof and prevent overnight leaks.
I love these pads! They are soft to the touch and don't irritate my skin. Their shape and long length hold a lot of moisture without getting my clothing wet, yet they are not bulky to wear. They are better than any other incontinence pad I have used.
My 96 year old female patient uses this overnight. She said it’s better than her usual Poise brands. When I get to work in the mornings I don’t see any signs of leaks/accidents. It holds the urine. I make sure she never runs out of these. I use them for heavy menstrual flows as well. It sits on the underwear comfortably, and I’ve never had an accident like the other brands. It doesn’t feel like I’m wearing a pad-it almost feels like cotton.
I did not like Tena pads because the filler was like wadded up lumps of padding like an old quilt. The adhesive stripe would stay in your underwear. But the number 8 overnight pad is improved and I have bought them several times. Tena should give more discounts and coupons. They aren't cheap.
These have to be the worst incontinence pads I have ever used. There are store brands that are much better. These don't absorb well, they absolutely do NOT keep you dry, there is significant risk of leak, and they do NOT control oder. They quickly lump up and pill like cheap corner store diapers. When I took it off it tore and there were little lumps of the inside of the bad everywhere. This is not what you'd expect from an regular pad, let alone an overnight pad. I figured for such a famous name they must be good. I was wrong.
It soaks right through to underwear in a second. The description says for nighttime incontinence but when you receive the package no where on the package does it say that. Makes me wonder if they are for periods and not incontinence like the description in this ad says. I have been using them all times of the day and evening and they leak no matter how much. I have to have extra pads with me at all times due to accidents after my hysterectomy. Hopefully I get better soon.
This personal care hygiene item was left on my doorstep UNWRAPPED. The only thing on the package was a label with my name and address. This is inappropriate and unacceptable. I called customer service which was answered by an AI system. I was offered a refund, which certainly did not address the issue. When I said I wanted to make a complaint, it said Okay and then ended the call. Also inappropriate and unacceptable.
