I usually try the medium but they are a little tight .. these are easier to get on but are much larger than mediums

My mom uses these briefs at her assisted living home. The briefs have very good absorbency, protection from leaks %26 have no issues with them holding in place. This brand of adult briefs came highly recommended by her caregivers when she moved into the home. They fit her comfortably, stay in place %26 are very easy for the staff to change her while in bed. Tena adult briefs are an excellent product %26 I will continue ordering them.

These are the only briefs ive found that do not break out my female client. I have tried many different brands of tabbed briefs and they caused blisters and/or rashes on my bed-bound patient. These also i have to say have never leaked. She is a heavy wetter and uses a purewick and these briefs with the proskin technology have been the best to keep her dry and rash free.

The re adjustable tapes are a huge bonus not very noisy so awesome onlong car trips. However after about the 3 or 4 accident they do start to get a litttle bulky. I am very very impressed. Theses are one is the best products I have ever used. They have the best absorbency I have had in a product I have ever used. I have recommended your products to many of my friends, most of them have switched to Tena products.

I had certain expectations of these briefs that were met and some, I felt, were not. I felt the price of these briefs were great especially for those that are shopping on a budget and don't want to cost you upwards of $5 per brief. At $1 per brief, that would be considered a steal. Out of the package, I was expecting a plastic backed diaper when I was met with the trendy cloth backed brief. I started to get disappointed immediately. Upon unfolding it, I noticed that the wings were paper thin and the tabs were tiny and velcro. The cloth and velcro tapes weren't a huge deal breaker but minuses in my opinion. The brief has elastic leg gathers and waist band which is a plus for different kinds of waistlines. After "hot dogging" the brief (fancy term for fluffing the absorbent padding), I noticed that the padding felt clumpy and shifted. At this point, I'm thinking "is it going to be absorbent enough? Will it leak?" So I put the brief on. I fit great. There was a slight bulge from the back but I usually wear something over the top of the brief before I put my pants on. The large size felt a little big but I tried a medium that felt a little small. I'm in between sizes and this brief was no exception to that. The material did feel soft around my body and I started to feel comfortable in them. Upon fastening the tapes, I tugged on one too hard and pulled it apart, taking the paper thin wing with it. So, I rendered that one useless and grabbed another and tried again. After a while, I felt the tapes were starting to lose it's snug feeling especially when I was walking. I was thinking that wider, possibly longer tapes would be a better way to go. The brief would probably benefit from and inner liner channeling the fluid along the middle of the absorbent pad but the leg gathers caught the wetness. I can see leaks happening more for guys in this department. Most of the absorbency layer was meant more for the woman's area. One wetting is all it will take, making overnight wettings a little bit of a restless night for some. In conclusion, the price and the drawbacks I mentioned, would make me consider purchasing another bargain brand like possibly Tranquility's ATN over this. It may be a couple bucks more yet more preferable to some.

The absorbency of this product is good, the sizing however is way off. I was recommended a medium with a 34" largest circumference and the diaper looked like a Speedo, barely coming up on my lower stomach. These also tend to get very loose after use and will fall down and shift heavily causing leaks, especially at night if you move at all during the night. It would be much better if the sizing actually matches the chart specs, as the product isn't wide or tall enough for what it says it will fit. The other thing that would greatly help is using a plastic backing as competing manufacturers use; those (such as Northshores Megamax) not only stay in place properly, but don't allow odors out like this product does.

The adult diaper leaked. I was so disgusted. I threw them all out. Approximately $50 down the drain. Ray Imp.
