These are so much better than there previous lighted nocks. I used my vice to pull out my nocks in the bolts I had that used aluminum inserts. Some nocks wouldn't come out. I also used a 2” piece of 1/2 inch heat shrink tubing to grab the nock to turn it off.
Works great, if I did have a complaint it's my hand strength not strong enough to pull it back out to shut it off, so just saying it could be just me. Highly recommend them.
I got a nice doe 11 4 and the lighted nocks allowed me to see the hit.Love my Xbox it is so accurate and easy to use thanks again. Jim Hartman
I'm very impressed with these lighted nocks. They are bright and easy to see, making it much easier to track the arrow after a shot. The HP aluminum bushings feel well-made and provide a solid fit. Installation was straightforward, and the overall quality is what I expected from TenPoint. Great product and a worthwhile upgrade!
Looking forward to using these this upcoming hunting season!
I finally got lighted nocks for my Siege crossbow. Makes a big difference when you need to find an arrow to evaluate the hit. My only problem is trying to re-set the nock, very tight and very hard to pull the nock back with your hands. Might have to carry a tool to be able to pull it back.
These are a huge upgrade from the alpha brite but can be finicky. they light up very well in the dark but I have exposome that do not light every time. They are also difficult to deactivate.
I used these as replacements for identical lighted nocks with dead batteries. First when removing the old nocks I found some came out fairly easily while others were VERY difficult to remove. I ran into the same problem when installing the new nocks. Not sure whether the issue is with the aluminum bushing or the nock but dimensional tolerances of one or both are not what they should be. Regardless both are 10 point products.
Bright nock, but turning off is an issue. Sometimes it will go off only to be on again later. If you bump them when loading bow, walking in woods, etc, they may light again. Would love to see TenPoint go with the ones that have a little button in the inside groove of the nock and a switch on the side to turn off. I've used those before and they are great, but not compatible with my TenPoint.
Love the concept, but the Alpha Blaze nocks are not very durable. Purchased 6 and 4/6 have broken when trying to turn them off after shooting...and I am using the arrow/nock puller that is specially designed for the task. 2/6 broke withing the first 3 uses and the others broke within 10 uses. getting the stump of the nock out of the receiver is a major pain and requires successive drill bit to ream out the old plastic without damaging the nock receiver. It's a real quality problem that needs to be addressed.
