You have to charge it up good and it will not work on charge cord has to be off the cord to work , I happy with it feels good . I had a knee replacement and parts of the leg is numb and I feel it there big thumbs up , good quality made too not cheap looking

Let me begin by saying, I grew up in a family that raised cattle for many generations , including myself., As a child , a couple of cousins chased us with a hot shot so….ANYTHING that has a shocking feeling scares me. This being said, this is THE FIRST Tens Unit I can call MY FRIEND! We have 2 Tens Units packed away in boxes because we are moving and no idea which box they are in. My husband has one that was prescribed by his Dr. and I have one that I am NOT crazy about! NEITHER of these have a pleasant introduction like this Wetene Tens Unit does! The first time I used the Wetene Tens Unit, I nervously waited for an immediate shock the second I pressed the intensity button because, that's what the two we have do! It was a GREAT SURPRISE that this one didn't do that! It was just a little vibration feeling! My nervousness was gone! It moves to different levels of intensity in what I call half steps because, the bar of intensity goes up only after each second click of the button and increases intensity slowly, compared to others that shock you immediately with a bigger POP than I like! I still take small steps to get to a stronger pulse. I have NOT gone to the highest level and doubt I ever will. 3/4 is plenty enough to relieve my pain! There are six different types of massages with 6 different speeds on each one. The charging time wasn't as long as I expected and the battery usage has been good on one charge. Mid October, I woke with knots behind my shoulder and down my back . I didn't get 5 hours sleep any night and woke several times during the night. I was exhausted waking every couple/few hours to put a massager on my back! My husband even spent an hour massaging all the knots out one night before bed but, I still woke before daylight with the knots all down my back. Nothing was helping! I have a high tolerance for pain but, this was draining me! With this Tens Unit, within day 2 , ALL the knots were completely gone plus, I actually enjoyed using this Wetene Tens Unit instead of being afraid of using it!! It took me a while to get the nerve to use it. I wish I would have used it the moment it arrived October 21 - Dec 12 I lived in extreme pain except for 2 days that were not so bad. I haven't had a pain since Dec 13! Now I sleep through the night! THANK YOU WETENE!

Very good portable Tens unit! Exceeded my expectations with the quality and variety of the pads, the multiple options and features. Great buy for the price!

It's a little difficult to figure out settings, I just found one i liked %26 went with it. I found myself able to fall asleep easier using this. Relieved pain in lower back, so I could relax.

these types of devices in the past my opinion was suger pills. now that i use it. it really helps with my pain management ir wont cure you but its one more tool that will definitely help you with back pain knee pain ankle pain and wrist pain i use it for all i sleep better

I was not disappointed at all ! I have had it 3 weeks using almost everyday and I am still using the charge it had when it arrived ! I love it !!!

i really like there are 36 different options of stimulation available. some of them are steady pulsing and others kinda change up the rhythm but are still continuously the same cycle of stimulation. I've had others in the past that didn't offer a continuous response. The controls are about the size ofba small mp3 player fits in my pocket very easy(girl pants pockets are unreasonably tiny) only downside is the pads don't stay sticky very long but as inexpensive as the item is it's worth buying extra pads. i would definitely buy this product again.

I bought this mini massager hoping it would help my shoulder and neck. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to use and I couldn't get the vibration to work at all. The instructions are confusing, and even after charging, it doesn't function properly. I wouldn't recommend this product.

The item boasts that it is a Tens unit, yet no matter which of the 36 options you use they revert back to a 2 on pulse method. This wouldn't be a bad thing if the level of intensity could increase to the maximum amount. Instead, I tried all 36 stages and the maximum it would allow me to choose was 4 and once it did that the machine would automatically change back to intensity level 1 for each mode. I recommend you just spend the necessary money to get a legitimate Tens Unit, rather than this inadequate rip off.
